Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
Items that don’t meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

A brief reason for return
📩 Please do not send items back without contacting us first - unauthorised returns will not be processed. Once approved, we’ll provide the correct return address (based on your region) and step-by-step instructions.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
Exchanges
To exchange, please return your original item and place a new order.
If your strap doesn’t fit, reach out - in some cases, we can arrange a free size exchange.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed due to our automated system.
If you made a mistake (e.g. wrong size or address), contact us immediately. We’ll update it if possible before shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:
A clear photo of the issue
A short description
We’ll review and resolve it promptly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
